Castellare's Vin Santo is a brilliant amber in color. The nose is clean with hints of vanilla, banana, and chocolate. The wine tends towards sweetness on the palate with optimal structure, rich flavors and an exceptional finish. Recommended on its own or with biscotti and fruit tarts.

Dried lemon rind, with a honey and sugar undertone. Full-bodied and very sweet, with a long finish.
